PTET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/ or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme..
- The reservation and relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ MBC/ PWD and other categories shall be as per the At present, a relaxation of 5% is applicable for the above-mentioned categories. Accordingly, candidates belonging to the above categories who have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in the Science / Social Science / Humanities stream in a Bachelor's or Master's degree awarded by a university established by law shall be eligible for admission to the programme. Candidates who have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics and have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate, or possess any other equivalent qualification as specified above, shall also be eligible for admission to this programme.
