NABARD Assistant Manager Grade A Salary
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of Rs. 44,500/- per month.
The approximate gross monthly salary is around
Rs. 1,00,000/- including allowances.
NABARD Assistant Manager Grade A Eligibility Criteria 2025
(A) Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ – Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS)
(i) General
Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with minimum 60% marks
(SC / ST / PWBD – 55%) OR Post Graduate / MBA / PGDM with
55% marks (SC / ST / PWBD – 50%) OR
CA / CS / CMA / ICWA OR Ph.D from GOI / UGC recognized institutions.
(ii) Chartered Accountant
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with valid membership of
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Membership must be obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
(iii) Company Secretary
Bachelor’s degree with Associate / Fellow membership of
Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
Membership must be obtained on or before 01-11-2025.
(iv) Finance
BBA / BMS (Finance or Banking) with 60% marks
(SC / ST / PWBD – 55%).
Other qualifications – refer official notification.
(v) Computer / Information Technology
4 Years Engineering / Technology degree in CS / IT / Electronics /
Data Science / AI & ML with 60% marks
(SC / ST / PWBD – 55%).
(vi) Agriculture Engineering
Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering with 60% marks
(PWBD – 55%) OR Post Graduate Degree with 55% marks
(PWBD – 50%).
(vii) Plantation & Horticulture
Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture with 60% marks
(PWBD – 55%) OR Post Graduate Degree with 55% marks.
(viii) Fisheries
Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries Science with 60% marks
(ST / PWBD – 55%) OR Post Graduate Degree with 55% marks.
(ix) Food Processing
Degree in Food Processing / Food Technology / Dairy Technology
with 60% marks (SC / PWBD – 55%) OR PG with 55% marks.
(x) Land Development & Soil Science
Degree in Soil Science / Agriculture / Environmental Science
with 60% marks OR PG Degree with 55% marks.
(xi) Civil Engineering
Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering with 60% marks
OR PG Degree with 55% marks.
(xii) Electrical Engineering
Degree in Electrical / Power Systems with 60% marks
OR PG Degree with 55% marks.
(xiii) Media Specialist
Post Graduate Degree in Mass Media / Journalism with
55% marks (PWBD – 50%).
(xiv) Economics
Post Graduate Degree in Applied Economics with
55% marks (SC / PWBD – 50%).
(B) Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ – Legal Service
Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks
OR LLM Degree with 55% marks.
Degree must be recognized by UGC and Bar Council of India.
